    Did you increase the size of the extractor slot on the Hastings barrel to accomodate the wider 1187 extractor? I don't know about any differences in triggers.

    Check you blow back spring (or whatever it is called) in the stock. Might be broken or very week.

    is there a buffer in there like in my Super X Model 1?

    Sounds like the bolt is traveling too far rearward
