1187 fixed choke bbl, how tight?

    Does anyone know what the bore diameter and choke constriction on a fixed choke 1187 trap barrel would be? Thanks, Dale

    Whatever the constriction is, my fixed choke trap barrel smokes targets. FWIW, jm

    My 1187 barrel; bore is 740, the choke is 700. hope this helps.

    I don't know what Remington barrels are choked nowadays, but in the 60's and 70's the standard full choke on their pumps and semi autos were .042.
