1100 remington deflector

    This was covered here not long ago. If i remember correctly, a Tig Welder was the recommended welder choice. I believe it was also recommended that a professional do it. I learned they have to be tuned to a specific hull or group of hulls. Tron does this mod very resonable.

    I recall examining one closely, and it looked like a separate piece. If that was the case it would have to be shrunk in, or inother words interference fit.

    Used to do outer bearing races that way. Like the folks say, a spot of tig weld dressed up ;with a Dremel will suffice. Or a Nylok set screw.
