It surprises me a 26 yarder made the list.

Mark, in what material aspect how does a 26yarder with 30k registered caps differ from a 27yarder with 30k registered caps, please?

Rich Kaysa did not fall off a turnip truck when it crossed the railroad tracks, pick up a his squrrr'l gun and shoot 99s.

Not much for sure, but he had to get there somehow by either shooting poorly and getting a reduction or working his way back to the 27. In any case, it was good shooting no matter what yard line he shot from.

The real surprise I guess is some of the well know names did not make the shootoff. Harlan, Ricky, Ray, Kay, etc.

Yep, it's not real easy to win ANY big handicap. You have to be both good, and lucky that a bird or two doesn't swim through your pattern.

At that level of competition, and no wind to speak of, sandbaggers need not apply and 98s & 9s can get you - in the shootoff.

    Mark,

Your check for winning the $100,000.00 bet is in the mail. I do not want the bet next year.
