Yes, Romney just said our policy should be to spend tax payer dollars in Libya to help infrastructure and educating the Libyan people. Sounds like a democrat.

    Wow,

    Chris Matthews is really unhappy.

All this talk about Israel, nothing about Europe.

Watching this, I wondered just who would be watching this debate about International affairs, when a lot of people don't concern themselves about it.

Did people needing a job watch this and they did, they they kept hearing about the economy needing fixing from Romney. Their reaction I would like to hear about.

There's a very palpable desire on the part of the talking heads to say that Romney didn't disagree much with Obama, and therefore, Obama won. Expect that to be the desperate spin the next week or so. And the thing is, they more they spin that, the more they hurt Obama, because frankly...Americans do not want to hear about foreign policy right now.

Several Middle East countries are now in the hands of Islamic-supremacist regimes, who were not, four years ago.

Iran is 4 years closer to a nuclear bomb.

American diplomats are being murdered with impunity.

There is no way you can spin this.

Say...where's 548? Over at Daily Kos, memorizing his talking-points?

Watching a Frank Luntz focus group with mostly Obama voters.

They got to arguing with each other and Luntz lost control for a moment.

The group gave the debate to Obama in International affiars, but gave the economy handling to Romney, and said the economy comes first.

    Very interesting.

What he said. Sums it up nicely.

    "Romney played the pefect hand...

He did exactly what he needed to do.

    1. He showed that Obama had no plan for foreign policy.

    2. He showed that Obama was weak in support of Isreal.

    3. He showed that he has a plan for future dealings with islamic fascism and countries that support fundamentalism.

    4. He allowed Obama to attack and sidestepped the petty jabs and bait lines.

    5. He did not politicize Libya and avoided going into the failings of Obama, knowing full well that the media will do that job for him.

    6. He corrected Obama when he needed to, without getting in a pissing match.

    7. He responded with reasoned responses, letting Obama interrupt him until he finally said "I have not finished talking", which made Obama look immature.

In the end, he won the debate on substance, and pointed out Obama's failures in policy and spending.

Romney won on presence and style, and will be able to hammer Obama in the battleground states on his defense cuts and deficit spending.

Expect a bump of 1-3% in the battleground states for Romney.

    My .02

    Unk."

Apparently ya'll aren't representative of the typical undecided voter, as 3 different polls of undecideds gave O the nod.

The undecided voter is usually so undecided that they cant give a nod one way or the other. I dont have much respect for this type of person. They will go through life going forward and then back and not getting anywhere.

That's a legitimate viewpoint but the whole point of the debates are to sway the undecided voters. The decided are already-------decided.

Many un-decided voters will not vote. They don't care one way or the other.

    What a snotty condescending prick.

It's no wonder he can't get anything done in Washington. He really is a narcissist who thinks the sun rises and sets on his ass.

I wonder what the benefactor will do with the 35 million dollar crib in Hawaii?
