Chad- They were all published in Trap and Field. I do not save my copies of Trap and Field but someone else may. They are available at the Hall of Fame.
If much of the scuttlebutt currently circulating about the ATA is true, you can bet there will be a lot of unpublished "executive sessions" at this year's meeting.
When I saw those sessions increase in number over the past couple of years, I started having concerns about what topics were so damned top-secret that the members who fund the organization can't know about them.
I noticed the same thing Ed -- the increase in executive sessions has been something else. In reading the April 2010 minutes, I was amazed at how many times they went behind closed doors and then didn't really say much afterwards. Executive sessions are really only for matters that under law can't be discussed in the open. They sure have been abusing that.
Any published minutes will be so edited that they won't reveal much of anything. Remember when a former secretary couldn't present a set of minutes from the annual meeting until Christmas?
Just curious but if the issue is serious enough to "executive sessions" why would they say anything about what made them go behind closed doors?

Well judging by the lynch mob mentality being displayed on this site. I think if they are going to spend $10 they better close the doors to make a decision. If not they very well not be able to accomplish what they are working toward on the expenditure.
I used to read the Minutes from end to end. About 3-4 years ago the number of executive sessions increased dramatically. I no longer bother with the Minutes. The only thing of importance in the Minutes these days are the rules changes. JRM
The EC and BOD are the people who are supposed to represent the membership and not keep from telling them members whats happening within the organization ... The fact that the EC hides things from the members does not say much for their leadership and gives most people the idea that something isn't quite right when it has to be kept from those that support the Association ... The latest issues that surfaced about the EC and the abuse of trust has got a lot of people thinking who never would of given most of it a second thought in the past ... The Members didn't do this to the EC, the EC did to themself and got called out on it to explain it to the people who deserve to know the facts, that being the membership ... This has obviously been going on for years so there is a lot of explaining to do by a lot of people who has been and gone ... Money has once again proved to be the root of all evil ... Honesty, Integrity and Trust are more than just words in most people minds, but then there are those other people ... The Members are entitled to answers and explainations to their satisfaction, nothing less will do ... Not interested in hanging anyone, just want them to get their due whatever that might be and to the fullest extent ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
