WV ST SHOOT only 10$ to presquad, ends June 30

Hey Everybody!!

Only 10 bucks to presquad for the whole shoot. 1 event or all events only $10.00 on presquad.com. Just classify and go to the cashier. NO WAITING IN LINE TO SQUAD.

Brooke County Farmers and Sportsmans Club in Wellsburg WV will once again host the WV State Shoot. Look for this shoot on PRESQUAD.COM. If anyone needs a program we will get it posted on presquad as soon as it is avaiable or call/ email me, and I will get one mailed out to you.

There will be a list of hotels in the back of the program. I will post it as soon as I get them from the printer or send me an address and we will mail you one.

Washington PA is 20 miles east, Weirton WV and Stubenville Ohio 15 miles north, Wheeling WV about 20 miles south. Bethany College, Bethany WV has rooms they are about 10 miles away.

Targets requirements waived for Juniors and Sub Juniors shooting for “special category trophies only”. Those shooters will be ineligible for monies.
ATTENTION: JUNIORS & SUB-JUNIORS
Juniors and Sub-Juniors pay only half price for program targets. They shall be eligible for options, purses and added monies.

The WVATA Annual Meeting will be held 7:30 pm, Friday, July 9, 2010

GENERAL INFORMATION AND SHOOT RULES
1. WV and ATA rules will govern this shoot. The WVATA reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entrant, or modify the program should attendance, weather or any other reason make it advisable.
2. Any shooter missing a squad or changing squads for any reason other than earned yardage shall be assessed a $20.00 resquadding charge. No entries refunded unless the event is canceled.
3. To be eligible for added money one must have registered 1500 sin¬gles targets, 1500 handicap targets and 1000 doubles targets dur¬ing the current/previous two target years. 500 16 yd., 500 handicap and 500 doubles must be registered in the current target year.
4. No shooter may win more than one trophy in the same event. (Exceptions: concurrent special awards)
5. Food and shells will be available on the grounds. Unauthorized sale of these items on the grounds is prohibited.
6. Limited camping is available on the grounds for shooters. ($12 per night, primitive $6.00 per night)
7. Handicap shoot-offs will be held if necessary at the conclusion of each day's events on Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Ties in Event I will be carried over or Event IV. Ties in Event III will be carried over to Event VI. At the conclusion of Fridays Events any ties in singles and doubles for Thursday and Friday will be shot on Friday evening. Shooters failing to answer call for shoot-off forfeit.
8. Scores are final for purse and option calculation when posted fol¬lowing a completed event. Shooters are cautioned and advised to check their posted scores at their earliest opportunity.
9. Trophy winners must pick up trophies before leaving the grounds or make other arrangements. Trophy hours will be posted in the clubhouse. NO TROPHIES WILL BE SHIPPED.
10. Earned yardage, class change-advancement posted on the bulletin board shall be considered shooter notification and reminder of their responsibility.
11. Previous year Winners/Ties in any WV State Shoot Singles/ Doubles event must, in this current shoot, advance at least one higher class. (Declaration shooter responsibility.)
12. Any entry forms not picked up 1/2 hour before the cut-off time for each event will be given out to the next available shooter. Please note cut-off times for each event.

- ENTRY PROCEDURE -
All pre-squadding will be done on www.presquad.com

1. Present your plastic/membership cards to CLASSIFICATION. (Shooter's re¬sponsibility to ensure average card is correct and up to date to avoid possible disqualification, forfeiture of trophies, monies and further disciplinary action by the ATA.)
2. Pick up your entry/squad cards at the squadding table and stamp them using your plastic ATA card.
3. Present your completed and stamped entry card to the cashier each and every time an entry is made. Once entered, there will be no change in purse or options.
4. The Starting Traps will be determined by drawing a number immediate¬ly before each event.
5. After an event has started, the squadding committee shall fill any squad or position on a first available basis.
6. Any squad forms not picked up one half hour before the cut-off time for each event will be given out to the next available shooter.
7. Make all checks payable to Brooke County Sportsman's Club. (A rubber stamp will be available for your convenience.)
