Fat people who haul their golf carts to the shoot like Bikers going to Sturgis...so their hick offspring can joyride in them all week.
I'm all for geniunely elderly people with health issues riding in them (70+ with pacemakers, etc.), but the Youth division of the Ugly Americans Society could use some exercise.
people that want to talk to me when my duaghter is on the line- i truely believe in the power of positive thinking-- by all those involved , including the cheering section!!! and please please dont ask the score before its over
A shooter that takes FOREVER to call for a bird. My boys were on a squad in a recent shoot and there was a kid who took between 10 and 15 seconds to call for a bird after mounting the gun.
People who can't let Vandalia be a wonderful distant memory and shoot at what we have instead of badmouthing a facility alot of them have never been to.---Matt
People whose only reason for existing is to whine, whimper and complain about everything and anything that doesn't perfectly suit them as like they're trying to convince the world that the whole event should have been organized and run exclusively to their complete satisfaction and for their individual benefit!
Take a deep breath, suck it up and deal with it, Sparky!
When you walk to the end trap field that no one is using to give instructions to your kid. Then someone asks if they can join you. Sure, but I'm giving instructions to my kid. Then they get annoyed when you (shock!) actually give instructions to your kid!
Suck it up and deal with it? If I pay good hard earned money for targets, why can't I complain if they, or the shoot, do not meet my expectations? If you go to a movie (which I rarely do) and the jack^&% behind you is talking all the time, do you suck it up or tell him to shut the *(&^ up??
"Deal with it" means exactly that... do what you can do to resolve the situation and, failing a resolution, shut up and keep on keepin' on. If that shoot doesn't meet your expectations, bring it to the attention of the people that have the authority/ability to address your concerns. Whimpering and whining to anybody within earshot isn't "dealing with it".
Excuse me, but I took your 1st post differently. When I grew up and somebody said, "Deal with it", that was meant to shut up and be quiet. ie Deal with it the way it is and don't complain. If anybody has been in competitive sports, this is said quite often by coaches. As you can tell, I don't follow that rule to well at my age now. I do occasionally tell my boys to "Deal with it" in the historical definition.
