Krieghoff Service

I just got back from Krieghoff in Ottsville, PA to get them to look at a minor problem I was having with my gun. They could not have been more friendly and courteous as they were finding out what the problem was. They didn’t ask me how old the gun was or how long I had it, the only thing that mattered to them was my complete satisfaction.

After they worked on it for a bit they test fired it and asked me to come take a look and wanted to check the way I mount the gun just to make sure they had resolved the issue. They ask me to shoot it for a while to make sure it was ok and if not to bring it back. What great folks these guys are!

It sure is a world of difference in the attitude and service I experienced with my Perazzi.

In my opinion, the Kreighoff service department (names mentioned above) has been a best in class operation on any experience with my KX5....it's always done right and fast.

But I must also add that Jeanine has alot to do with the quality of the Kreighoff Ottsville service experience.

Ditto on the Krieghoff International group . Went there yesterday saw some pruddy guns people were very pleasant. ^5 for Alex and Matt . Matt was very very helpful. Seems to be a super smith with the customers interest in mind while estimating cost of rebuilding.

The Ottsville folks are one of the last groups in America where real professionalism is combined with friendliness. If you're over 60 you'll remember this kind of treatment from service companies we visited with our parents, and if you're younger you're in for a treat.

I had the good fortune to visit the factory in Germany a couple of years ago, and my wife and I were treated to a red carpet tour. The same quality folks that are in Ottsville.

I was amazed by their service. I'd been shooting Perazzis for 25 yrs. and, at 78, decided to move to a lighter gun.

I bought a nice KS5Special off of Trapshooters.com and after about 300 rds the extractor broke (three days before the state shoot). They got a new one to me and I won high senior vet with a 196. I returned the broken extractor and they gave me a refund under "warranty". Amamzing.

I just got back from the factory in Ottsville. I wanted them to check my POI on my ProSporter and while there they recommended me to have the LOP extended. Don said I looked too scrunched on the gun and I actually did feel like it but didn't really think to have the stock altered. Well, one new Kick Eez pad and a spacer too care of that and my gun now feels a lot better, LOP wise. Braxton and Don were great to deal with. Don patterned my gun and fixed my POI issue. Braxton gave me a tour of the place and I got to see all the gunsmiths and stockmakers at work. What an operation!!! Nice hometown feeling.

also, while I was there I had the pleasure to meet one of the forum members here, Don Kaufman. Great guy.
