Our GripSwell™ insulated gloves all feature 40 grams of 3M Thinsulate insulation for extra warmth. 40 grams is the ideal weight for ample mobility and flexability in a shooting glove.
We have sandwiched the insulation between our select premium leather outer shell and our plush polyfleece lining. The result is a very comfortable, flexible, and warm combination shooting glove for cold weather shooting...
All GripSwell™ gloves are treated with 3M SCOTCHGARD™ protection – Repels water, resists stains, makes spot cleaning easier, and provides longer lasting protection so the leather remains soft and breathable.
The longer glove gauntlet design covers the important wrist area, where heat rapidly dissipates. The special leather wrist strap has two adjustment settings to snug up your cuff. This helps aid heat retention and seals your outerwear clothing with the glove.
Try some winter golf gloves, you also may find a better fit, especially for the wifes hands. I have used almost all brands. Footjoy are so far my favorite and longest lasting
In Montana we can match cold for cold with anyone. I use a pair of thin glove liners, white sparklie synthetic under a pair of batting gloves. I prefer the Franklin batting glove with some padding on the palm. I use them to shoot pistol also.
