Losing Face; Losing Targets

When you lose weight your gun fit may not be the same and your Point of Impact may be different.

I was told this by Ontariogirl and being a typical trapshooter, I paid no heed to this warning. My gun fit seemed the same but missed targets later it dawned on me my POI had changed especially when getting tight into the gun! Instead of a high shooting gun, I was now shooting with a lower point of impact and wondering why I kept shooting under straightaways! Losing as little as 15 lbs as I did with a 3 week bout with a kidney stone can take weight not only off your body, but off your face as well. So realize your POI can change without you being aware if you lose or gain weight, it sure affected me! Thanks, Biff
