Try to shoot it faster and more instinctively. You are trying to double check your shot. Set a trap up for rights and shoot a couple of boxes at it. But concentrate on shooting it fast. The faster the better. Doesn't matter if you miss some. This is training. Jake
I can give you some sound advice on the hard right from post five and all of your other birds. See the bird leave the house. Concentrate on the bird. Don't think about moving your body or gun, that will happen automatically. The gun will shoot almost by itself, don't think about tracking the bird. If you are looking at the bird with full concentration and keep your head down, everything else just happens without thinking about it.
When you think about tracking the bird, moving up to the bird, leading the bird, you begin to aim the shotgun. Don't do that.
