Real cold here in Chicago, Mike. First day of doubles league at the club. Generous others have offered a loaner, but I think I'm going to pass. Too many cold days on the farm as a kid.
Good day to you too.
Hey Mike - I wanted to ask you something from that Win 50 thread - Only way I can get 30 inches out of my Remi 58 barrel is to measure from where the shell rim would be to barrel end. Am I missing something on the Win 50?
Here in Rochester Minn. it's -11 degrees. Getting ready to head over to Wisconsin to shoot the 2nd blizzard shoot. Wisconsin vs Minn. Around here we pray for 31 degrees.
Its -9 F here in central Iowa. I don't think the farmers will be planting crops just yet. Big event for the day is to watch the Pack win their football game today.
Good Morning Mike! Well I'm sure glad I live in Alaska and not outside. It's a balmy 27 this morning at 6 am and expected to warm up to the high 30's lower 40's with some rain. So much for the beautiful snow we had.
Mike........There you go again! I thought you promised me you would be nasty at least once a week. The moment my back is turned....here we come with this good morning stuff again! Its just not fair!
I think it is in the high 50's and clear and sunny and temp going up in Los Angeles...I'm going to go shoot...aren't a the passive aggressive one this am?
But...hello to Titanium Cole, (Mike) and all trapshooters "out there"...
It was 12 below Sat morning and a whopping heat wave of 9 below today- Sunday just outside Des Moines Iowa

PS-- is there any process to get the money Al Gore et al received for the Nobel Peace Prize- on global warming? we could split it and help pay our heating bills this winter??????????????
Good Morning! 13 degrees as i write this in Colby Kansas.
Getting ready to shoot a turkey shoot in Goodland Kansas. It doesn't get any any better then this! It beats sitting at home in the winter. I know this is when people hang up ther guns but they don't know what they are missing! Keeps your skills honed.
The only thing to learn is how to dress for this weather.
The average American mind is a piece of work! You guys are more concerned about the bloody temerature than who's gonna win the bloody game! Come on now!
Chris, I noticed on the weather last night that Goodland had one of the highest temps in the area (20 something). Didn't make it to 20 here in central Nebraska yesterday nor is it going to today.
Shot in McCook,NE two wks. ago today. High of 44 degrees and no wind. What a difference 2wks. can make. LOL
Good Morning Mike, Its cold here too. So cold and WINDY about 25-30 or so with lots of rain off and on. I decided not to shoot our clubs handicap shoot today. Its about 65 degress with a wind chill in the 50's. Thats how we think down here. Got the first chain of the year in Miami to go to this week and weekend. Good Luck to the one's who ventured out today to face mother nature at her best. Break-em all. Jeff
Registers +3ºF here. Just came in from shoveling snow. Not enough for the snow blower, but by nightfall, that may be a different story.
We need moisture terribly up here in the Black Hills.
My pine trees are in dire need of it to stay healthy and fight the bark beetle.
The wife flys to Orlando Tuesday AM for a national computer conference. They sure timed that weather-wise at the right time. Now I'll have to hear complaints about sunburn upon her return - ha!
