The Mono gun is the best product they have. Had a stainless monogun......wished I hadn't sold it. Hell of a handicap gun.

The only problem I ever had with mine was the speed of the trigger. It was FAST to say the least, you would shoot behind targets. It was a hammer thrust system.Every time you cocked a 40 lb. (about) spring and it let go when you pulled, you could hear it(use a snap cap).

The only problem with a Dynokic is that it breaks targets all the time. I have one and love it. I think it shoots nicer than my monogun as well. Trigger is really nice. If you are a lefty, let me know I have a super nice lefthand roleover stock with matching forearm forsale. I don't need it anymore because I found a replacement rh stock. I did have the stock refninished and a new kickeez pad put on it. If you get a chance to get a dynokic at a nice price, they are definetyly worth it.

These pics really don't do it justice. It is a high gloss finish with nice figure. I photo's this in my shadow box so the image looks soft. If anyone is interested I'd do $400 for the set. I have $300 in the refinish that is less than 4 months old and never been installed on the a gun.

Gene,
I can't believe we have something in common. :) We both have a dynokic. Anyway Gene is right about the upgrades for the trigger, not sure if they are really necessary but as of 11-2010 they quote me $400 to upgrade. I also have a nice hand written 3 page letter from Nadine Ljutic talking all about the dynokic and how great it is. She also states it was Al's favorite gun. If anyone wants a copy I could scan and email it to you.It is very informative.

I'm not knowledgeable on Ljutics..owned a Monogun 33" for a short while long ago..very nice but I was wanting a nice combo and needed to trade it off to move up to a K-gun...somebody please edjumacate me on the differences between the two models..just weight or actual design differences?? Anything interchangable?

It's a striker-fired gun. The Dynokick has a hole through the stock wrist, where a stock-bolt type of tube passes through enclosing the spring-loaded thrust hammer that lights the shell off. I owned a nice one but never liked the shape of the pistol grip as much as the Mono. It had more of an "autoloader" feel to it, rather than a shapely gripstock like a single barrel.

And honestly, I really believe the recoil sensation was just due to the weight of the gun, not the thrust hammer. Aside from that, I think the recoil feels exactly like a Mono.

The gun is a lot easier to close, since they only extract and don't eject (no ejector spring to cock). So you will have to pick your empties out.

Really no more problematic than any Ljutic, however...which is to say, not at all.

Buzz pretty much summed it up. The dynokic is basically the same design as the space gun. I have to agree recoil is about the same as the mono and they are a little heavier in the a$$ end, which probably accounts for the less perceived recoil. If you around Southeast PA and want to shoot one let me know, you can try mine out.
