I had guy try Trim e206. He used warm tap water, 1 quart for 5 gallons, The shot was not round, and some had one big dimple in it. He runs a batch system, 50 lbs at a time, 20mm ammo can, holds approx 8 gallons. He ended giving it to me to try. Did he not put enough coolant in the mixture? I run my coolant through a radiator. 10Tenner

shot410ga, does your shot still turn out round or no dimples when the coolant gets hot? He used warm tap water when mixing, and if your shot comes out great, he must have done something wrong. I use pres tone low tox antifreeze and my shot turns out fine. I need to know what he did wrong, it will save me some trial and error. His shot was not round and some had one large dimple. 10Tenner

When I use Antifreeze I add some laundry detergent to decrease surface tension. Jim101 was the person to use this. It gets rid of the service tension. I was thinking of doing the same with Trim e206. I have not used trim e206, and was needing advice. I do run the lip as close as possible to the coolant. To get the large dimple he must have the coolant to thin? 10tenner
