Idea for Ohio state/or cardinal center

My daughter and I shot the (PINK targets and shells)breast cancer shoot on Monday before the OHIO STATE shoot. What a great time and for a great cause.

We were thinking, could the youth shoot be held on Sunday (more working parents and family could attend!)

Then on Monday add a shoot for breast cancer with pink shells and targets. I was hoping for ATA 300 bird program.

I love shooting at the cardinal and honestly the only way I see of improvement is more target to shoot.

If for some reason that can not be done, What about a three day shoot for breast cancer or any other good cause.

In my area the club owners and WSRC try to agree on dates of shoots so they don't walk on each other. Most of the weekends are spoken for in the good weather shooting months. That would be your big concern. Thats not saying there ain't open dates. I'm just speaking in general.

Great idea by the way. Too far for me to come and shoot it but i wish you luck. Its for a great cause.

My squad had some ideas too. They should have best looking and ugliest gun contest. Then the hottest wife and ugliest wife, and then best and worst looking dog. Cost $5 to enter, and all proceeds go to the pullers or Cancer fund.

Beats the hell out of that buns contest.

A few beers can kick the super brain waves in gear.

I think anything that could be suggested to help in giving funds to Breast Cancer research is a WONDERFUL suggestion.

I would think a weekend in Sept or Oct would be a great bonus to both the Cardinal/ATA/Breast Cancer Research.

It would be great to get it in on a big shoot to add more people from all over, but people that are near to shooting the Cardinal Center and the great cause would gain regardless. This has taken too many good people/shooters, and just to remind you men, this is something men can also get, my well trained, toned Marine Brother had a scare with this in recent years. So men you check also...God bless everybody that can help in getting this shoot together!

I think that is a GREAT IDEA to have the youth shoot on Sunday. We would get a fantastic turnout. Then dedicate all day Monday to the cancer shoot, and the youth that are able to stay for Monday would be able to work the cancer shoot as scorers and setters and donate their time. Our kids would do it! Maybe make it like a HOA shootoff for the champion of Cancer. 100 16's, 50 caps and 50 doubles.

We would have loved to participate and watch the cancer shoot and celebrity portion, but coaching kids for a 200 bird state championship takes all day! Some of us dads went to sign up for the cancer shoot after we were done with the kids, but it was over. Great cause, we would love to help out with it.
