First and only registered 100 Straight 2 years ago 1oz West Coast Magnum #8 @ 1180 Win AAHS Hull, Claybuster CB1100 wad, Win 209 Primer, 17.6 gr Promo.

Several 99 & 98 since but the fault has not been the load. When I miss even 2 oz of shot would not have helped.

Just ran a 97 at 22.5 handicap yesterday and got a yard punch with the off spring of the first load. Still 1180fps Rem Gun Club hull, 1oz West Coast Mag #8, Green Duster, Nobel Sport Primer and 17.6 of Promo.

198 at the Kansas State Shoot (98 in the morning, 100 in the afternoon, including 175 straight.)

One ounce of 8-1/2's

Two 100's in Handicap's first at 23(.5) and the second at 25(.5)

One 100 at Singles, but it was with 7/8oz.

Three 150's in Big-50's, all with 1 oz. Homemade 7.5's wheel weights. The Big-50's are 50 birds each at singles, Handicap yardage and Doubles.

I haven't shot more than an ounce, intentionally, for 10 years.

first 100 was with 7/8's ounce, reclaimed shot reloads, those square pellets may explaim a couple of brakes

second 100, almost 2 years to the day from the first was with 1 ounce factory loads.

Yes, 1oz #8 @1180fps. Great Falls, MT a couple of years ago. 200 bird event (ATA), I was straight on the first hundred, ran the 5th trap & got about halfway thru' the 6th trap when I finally dropped one, then I dropped a couple more before I was done for 197 x 200. One ounce is all I ever use for singles.
