This is a 30" modified choke trap barrel with a step rib and mid-bead; these are typically full choke barrels. It is in good condition with minor bluing rub marks. The pattern is even with very few flyiers. It has a factory deflector button that I installed which works well. You can place a 5 gal. bucket to your right and forward and it will fill it up! I ran 97 straight with it in the 2010 Alabama State Tournament as a Class D shooter. $200 includes shipping in the continental U.S.

Kenny and Scott,

Each of you offered $175 which is attractive but I am going to wait a few more days to see if I can get what I think it is worth--$200. If I can't I will probably accept the offer if either of you are still interested.

Thanks for your interest,

Doc

Don't you just love people who have to offer you less than your asking price even though it already is fair?

That's a RARE barrel worth more than $200 - maybe twice as much in the right setting. In 30 years - I have seen three including this one for sale (step rib fixed mod) - and one of those had a damaged rib. I believe the other two each fetched over $300

Hi Fellows,

Thanks for recognizing the uniqueness of the barrel; it was difficult to find but worth the search. I shot it wery well and won several events in D and C class eventualy moving to B class shooting it. I kept the barrel for a year after moving to a break-open gun but ultimately it needed to be in the hands of someone who would shoot it. I felt it was heresy to keep it simply because it was rare and coveted. A barrel that works this well needs to be shot and often. I thought the price was fair which was what I paid for it. Hopefully the new owner will appreciate it as much as we do...

Will someone please clue me in as to the desirability of this barrel. Happens that I have one gathering dust, I'm using it's equivalent in full. My uncle purchased an 1100 Trap-T which I now own in the late 70's I believe with both barrels. Are both barrels equally desirable?

This is not a solicitation for sale, just an honest inquiry.

Robert

Nice barrel haven't had a chance to try it yet. Wendsday night I'll try it out. "Don't you just love people who have to offer you less than your asking price even though it already is fair?"

Hey I'm not going to appologize, I work hard for my money as a dairy farmer and negotiation is part of the game. Feed, equipment, cattle, or guns I've saved alot by just offering less. Worst someone can say is no.

by the way, Ray was a pleasure to deal with.
