someone had an older Ithaca model 900 Trap auto for sale. Condition looks good. Gun feels light but points well. What is something like this worth... 'book' value and/or 'real' value???

Are you talking about the SKB 900XL, imported by Itacha????

I had two and last one I sold about 5 years ago for $300.00.

They are a really really soft recoil gun, but very low rib and flat shooter...........at least my two were, but they are sturdy and easy to maintain. Should last a long while.

it did not say SKB - just Ithaca model 900. Also, rib appeared to be medium for a trap gun... not high & not low.

Like I said, I had two of them, they were marked SKB 900 XL, imported by Itacha, in the 70's.

The model you are talking about must be different model than I am, and that is why I was asking for clarification.

in that case, please disregard.

They are not worth much. Parts to do any repairs are going to be hard to find.
