This sums it up!

The court ruled that the mandate is unconstitutional under the Constitution's commerce clause, but it can stay as part of Congress's power under a taxing clause. The court said that the government will be allowed to tax people for not having health insurance.

Don't ya just love loop holes!

It is a sad sad day. Where do we go from here. If we are to believe Romney, he will repeal it if he is elected. Vote!! It is our only chance. John

The rules are the rules so wll we can do is accept the decision of the Supreme Court and move on. Those of us that don't like ObummerCare can make our voices heard with our votes in November.

As for me personally, I'm tired of being demonized and villified as a 1%'er. The cost of my health insurance has already gone up 50% due to costs incurred to meet the ObummerCare mandates. I'm not willing to work as hard for less money so I will be completely eliminating all my donations to charity.

Any of you that typically make large donations to charity might want to consider doing the same.

Don't ya just love Educated Idiots!!

Only they can take the simple and make a joke of it!!!

Almost as comical as my SSD trial!!

Judge gave my Attorney and I a 13 page decision. HIS last paragraph stated, that my "testimony" was questionable or in simple terms, the judge considered me as a "lair"!! BUT BUT "my medical records PROVED otherwise"

HOW does a so called "educated" person come up with THAT! My surgeon/Dr. laughed out loud when he read it and that he made the above statement!! I just like repeating it!

So what the SCOTUS did today doesn't surprise me no way no how!!

Time will tell, but I think Roberts might have done America a big favor!!

If Obo was able to scam the People over "not a tax"

How much more has Eric Holder done???

It was rumored Roberts did it to arouse the conservatives to a frenzy and defeat Obama.

It was brought before the SCOTUS as a TAX, the court could not come to any other conclusion. Congress has the right to levy TAX's on the People.

It was what The king of England was doing pre-1776.

The Commerce Clause needs to be repealed. That is the best way to end this socialism coming out of DC.
