If interested in a case or two, you might be able to call out to the Cardinal Center in Ohio and ask who the people are that make these, and where they get them.

Sorry for the fuzzy picture but I'm sure you get the idea. It's the one in the center of the pic.
Got a closeup that is better...I like the swirls on the dome...The targets I saw breaking were full of all different colors, what a show !

You can also use Saran Wrap or newspaper to hold the powder in place. Cut the newspaper to size and glue.

Just fill the dome up and scrap off the excess with a straight edge then cover the dome w/ masking tape.
Its not just a visable cloud - more like a short lived smoke bomb.

Sailor has it right, these are great fun targets you can make your self with some chalk from the hardware store and a little masking tape. One of those things that really adds to the fun of a league of meat shoot and the cost is minimal.

It's just a colored powder in the top of the target, covered with paper. You can make your own by using powdered poster paint, carpenters line chalk, or any other colored light powder, and gluing on a round piece of paper over top. If you are shooting games, a flash target can be worth a small prize if it is hit. A coffee, beer, or something like that. You can also use them to freak out a friend. If you can put one in the carousel where you know he will get it, it makes for a great "Gotcha" when they hit it. It can usually only be done once a day, but it is worth the wait for the next time.
