I recently wrote to Tom Gresham, son of Grits, about something. What a nice man he is. Regular folks. He gave me a bunch of information that REALLY made it easy for me to understand something that I needed to. I'm sure he's a busy guy but he wasn't too busy to be approachable and communicative.
