If you look at the way the hinge is built you will see why they are not expensive. One version of this gun was made to fold up so it would fit in a backpack.

I would not count on a long service life in regualar trap shooting, probably ok for an occasional usage.

there was one for sale at the gun club for $400 and there were no takers. I shot it and it smoked targets really well from way back. See Verns post below, I think he is correct on value but I also think that there are more than one model??

I saw a beretta trap special at a gunshop. It opened with a trigger device in front of the trigger guard. Are any of you familiar with this model . What would be an approximate age and value. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
