Hello all,

Those of you that are Air Gun enthusiasts will appreciate this Brand New Colt Special Combat Classic CO2 (20) shot BB pistol By Umarex (Taiwan)…

When I first saw it for sale…I knew I wanted to get one for my collection, and I am glade I did.

It is truly a very realistic 1911 blow back replica pistol with same size and weight or a real 1911…

If you love 1911 guns, the Colt 1911 Special Combat Classic CO2 pistol belongs in your collection. When you pick it up, you'll be impressed by the weight, size and realism. Put it next to your 1911 firearm and marvel at the realistic features built into this gun. Shoot all day and never pay another range fee. Pay less for 10,000 rds for this gun than you would for 50 rds of .45 ACP to feed your firearm!

• Colt 1911 Special Combat Classic

• Semiauto

• Uses a 12-gram CO2 cartridge

• 20rd removable BB clip

• Fully adjustable rear sight

• Fixed front sight has a white alignment dot

• Double-/single-action

• Manual safety (1911 grip safety is non-functional)

• Weaver accessory rail under the barrel

• Mostly metal with plastic grips

• Up to 100 shots per CO2 cartridge

• Tested this gun, delivers 400 fps. Manual says it shoots 360 fps

The drop out magazine holds the 12 gram CO2 tank along with the 20 rounds of BB’s. All you have to do is load 20 BBs into the magazine, pop in a CO2 tank and you are ready for some serious plinking.

This is one awesome pistol for the money.

Thanks for Looking,

Stu Gabriel (MrGun)

PS….You can check out my entire collection on my web site..

Looks nice. Is the barrel rifled or smooth? Since it is shooting BB's, I would have to assume smooth, so I wonder about the accuracy?

Michshooter,

It does have a Smooth Bore Barrel. I just got the pistol yeterday, so I haven't had a chance to play with it to much as yet. I did put a CO2 cartridge in and shot about 20 shots at 10 meters. It was on paper, right out of the box. I will adjust the sights and give you an update later on...

GenJ,

As most of the Umarex Pistols, this one is made in Taiwan...

Cementman,

The discription says you will get around 100 shots out of the one CO2 tank. I have only fired about 20 shots so far. I will try to keep track of how many actual shots I get and let you know..

Thanks all,

Stu Gabriel (MrGun)

Michshooter,

I have shot this pistol a total of about 150 rounds, so far.

It took a while to get the sights adjusted in to get some half decent groups at 10 meters.

Because of the smooth bore, it is not as accurate as I would have liked it to be.

I would have preferted it to be in .177 or .22 pellet with a rifled barrel, but I don't know if they will ever produce that model.

Lets face it, it is not a match pistol, but more of a plinker...

I brought the pistol because of the way it looks, all metal constuction and the fact that it has almost has the same feel and wieght as my Colt Goldcups.

I don't shoot powder burners, any more (because of my eyes)...

Anyway, I enjoy shooting it because it sort of feels like I am shooting my Gold Cup.

All though nothing can replace the fun of shooting a powder burner, this is the type of pistol that still gives me the opportunity to keep on shooting, in any form.

Hope this information was helpful...

Stu:

Thanks for the update. This is not the gun for me for indoor (basement) practice for action pistol competition. I guess I will hae to wait and find a pellet model wth a rifled barrel.

Thanks again,

....Paul

Guy,

I have seen that pistol and it is really nice...

Haven't shot one though...

If you are looking for a true in door practice pistol, that's the one to go with for $269.99

But, if you are looking for a real fun to shoot, realistic plinker, then this is the one to go with for only $89.99...

"Somebody's gonna killed trying to rob a convenience store with that."

I'll chalk that up as an occupational hazard combined with the good riddance factor.

Don't want to get shot and killed? Don't commit crimes.
