For Sale:
I have several ways to sell my Rock River Arms AR-15s. I have a complete rifle to sell in either a 16" Coyote Carbine or as a 24" Varmnt A4. Both Uppers are flat tops. The 16" carbine has a Burris P.E.P.R scope mount and a 6-14X40 Nikon Coyote Special Scope. The 24" bull stainless upper has the same mount and a 4-16X42 NIkon M-223 600BDC scope on it. I have several magazines 10, 20, and 30 rounders. I have 2 tactical gun cases, one is a two gun case that will hold the 24" upper. The other case holds the gun with the 16" upper installed. I also have 1500 brass, 200 rounds of ammo (55gr Nosler BTs), a speed loader for clips. Lots of stuff to sell or trade for a trap combo. I can email pics alot easier then posting them here. Let me know what you want pics of and I will send them. Im asking $3500 for everything. The 24" upper has around 300 rounds through it and the 16" upper has about 800 rounds through it. Both are crazy accurate, I dinged a 30 in plate at 880yards with the 24" upper and I can shoot 2" groups at 400yards with the 16" carbine. very fun to own and I would like to keep this setup but ive decided to start shooting doubles and cant shoot the automatic. questions Call or text Ryan at 319-415-8138. Or PM or email me. I can text you pics as well.
Should have mentioned both at 5.56/.223.
Also I will devide or sell any portion of these parts. let me know what you are interested in and we can work a deal, also willing to trade.....
Gobbledygook without pictures. I'm interested but not versed in this kind of gun and need better info. Thanks.
What do you want for the 24" upper without the scope and with it
Aulovel5 I sent you a PM. Barry I will email pics to you tommorow if you drop me your email address. Thanks for looking!!!
Ryan
you're going to shoot doubles and can't use the automatic? WHAT!!! Why not? I have shot doubles with my automatic. i have shot 16 yd and handicap, I have shot skeet. I have shot sporting clays all with the same auto. Why can't you?
Because it kicks the empties right onto the shoulder/gun area of my neighbor. I have to much respect for my fellow shooters to risk damaging a shotgun or throwing off my neighbors concentration. Personal choice to not use my auto. Some autos will pitch them lower and wouldnt be a problem to other shooters mine will hit them everytime.
YOTE,
Tron from here on ts.com can fix that auto to throw the empties anywhere you want. He Tig welds a small bead inside the receiver and tunes it to deflect the empties. I have seen guns with this modification and it works great. PM him if you are interested. Just Say'n....
Anyway, free bump for your AR sale.
I had no idea that could be done, thanks for the info. Although it sounds good when I tell my wife thats why I need a new gun!! HAHA
10 round mags are sold. I have 3 20-rd and 2 30-rd mags left. Take the complete rifle and extra upper with scopes and mounts with the gun cases only(no brass or ammo) for $2500, Lowered price on the whole package to $3000. OBO. I need all of this stuff gone!!! Somebody take it off my hands!!! Will trade for an SKB combo set as well!! Im working on the pics.
Whats the easiest way to upload pics that are not in JPEG form? I cant figure this out. Ive tried uploading them to photobucket with no luck.
Here are some of Ryan's pictures
Thanks for posting those for me!!!
What is the rifling twist on the 24" upper, and how much just for the upper (no scope or mount) if you would sell it that way? Thanks, John
The twist rate of his 24" barrel is 1-8" the chamber is a Wylde and this barrel will work with bullets up 80 grain. The barrel is made by Wilson.
How much for the 4x16 and the mount?
Thanks.
$425 for the 4-16 and the mount.
