Another sign showing that you shouldn't take recoil if you don't have to. This stock is also on Peter Wilson's Perazzi. He is shooting for Great Britain in Men's Double Trap. These guys shoot 1300 feet-per-second 24 gram loads; roughly a 7/8 ounce load.

There is no recoil reduction in the Ergosign stock. Supposed to be available shortly (at an increased price of course).

The sole advantage that they have over a pfs is that they look SLIGHTLY better, but at 3x the price. Other than that, PFS are much more adjustable, and have built in recoil reduction.

If you want a better fit, prettier wood and recoil reduction, get a ProSoft from Phil Simms.

Larry Garroutte @ Cor-Kel Arms is making wood grips for the PFS. You'll need to contact him for pricing.

I love those pistol grips in the shotgun stock, and I was wondering about them when I saw Hancock shoot, but the big question is, and I couldn't find the answer on the web site, does the stock have a recoil absorber air piston, hydraulic or spring?

Hey thanks buddy. The system looks good but too much money for what you are getting. I will copy the grip design and mold with epoxy, shape, dye, in my Blaser equipped with G- Square and factory stock. I don't care if I "ruin" the stock, if I can shoot better with it, and so far I was struggling with the thin grips that come on the factory Blasers.

Bueno- I agree completely. There is no real reason to spend $3500 for one of these stocks when you can get a PFS w/ a custom wood grip for 2/3 the price, or get a nice custom stock made for the same price.

Not only you can get a PFS for 1/3 of that, but you can get a BEAUTIFUL custom made 500 year old turkish walnut stock for $3500, why would you want that ugly thing. The krauts like high technology at any cost, just like the Tiger Panzer tank, 100 Tigers cost as much as 1000 Russian T-34's or American Sherman's, so they where a white elephant.
