Dell Latitude D620 Laptop. Is there any way to reduce the sensitivity of the touch pad and keyboard? It is so sensitive that it is constantly jumping all over the place. Tony

Dell offers a utility to manage the touchpad on their laptops. Yes, it will require some research.

Start... Control Panel (Set to VIEW BY LARGE ICONS - it's easier to see individual icons this way)... Click on 'Keyboard' - Now you can make adjustments same as the mouse.

Dell doesn't know the meaning of customer service, not part of the corporate culture. Computer has always been this way from day one.
