I thought we could all use some feel-good news about two sweet ladies, deservingly blessed:
Sue Paterno: $13.4 million
Dottie Sandusky: $59,000 per year (assuming Jer-Bear lets her keep it)
Note: I want this to be a POSITIVE thread, so NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE ALLOWED. These sweet, innocent ladies knew absolutely nothing about what went on, couldn't possibly have done anything to stop it, and they've already suffered enough.

Why would she think anything was going on? Having young boys come over to hang out in the basement with an old man not related to you is common, right? Nah, she couldn't have possibly known he had a boy fetish.
He wasn't an old man -- he was in his fifties. You guys make me sick. Do you have any idea how many people these nice ladies helped?

My wife knows everything that happens to me. Its incredible. I had a young waitress ask me to be her sugar daddy (she saw my Rolex); wasn't 14 seconds that the phone rang with my wife asking what I was doing ... no kidding.
Wives know; they just may not say anything for what ever reasons they have.

Gary, I think I get the point of your thread with your usual biting sarcasm. There are going to be some guilty people falling through the net on this one. One of our leading MI sports writers, Bill Simonson is calling for Penn State to suspend ALL sports programs for five years or so for their collective negligence in this matter. Somehow this still doesn't seem like enough. Bill

Regardless, how could an over-reaction like that possibly make anything better? I mean, why punish ALL the current student athletes for the slip-ups of a few people YEARS AGO? Plus the fans would lose out, and all the local hotels and restaurants would lose revenue for something they had nothing to do with. How is that fair? Besides, most of the "victims" are now in their 20s -- they would have lost their virginity by now anyway.
