This is another great shotgun that I love but am not shooting, and so will part with. Stevens is a well know as producers of simple, rugged side by side American shotguns, but this gun is not to be confused with the later 311 series of guns, this is a 330, and was made in the early 1930’s. This gun was obtained from the estate of a Maine family, and remains in outstanding, rarely encountered condition. This gun still had the original double-sided hangtag with it when found. This little double-triggered 20-gauge beauty has 28 inch barrels choked full and modified, and the original ivory mid bead on the matted rib. The slender, straight-grained black walnut stock has real cut checkering and a grip cap. The length of pull is as shown, and the gun weighs 7.03 pounds. The pad seen on the gun was installed temporarily, and will not be included unless requested.

As said, this gun is in remarkable condition. The gun appears to have been carried in the field somewhat, but fired very little. The color case hardening is strong and bright, and the wood is straight and chip or crack free, but does show some shallow flakes to the varnish, and a lighter area on the left of the butt stock. The barrels are dent free and have clean, smooth bores with only some extremely minor marks on the blue, and edges of the rib as I have shown in a close up. The area along the rib shows some minor difference in finish as shown. The original Jostam Anti-Flinch pad has deteriorated badly, but will be re-installed before shipping or left off as desired. This gun will come to you in a nice strong, dark blue lockable hard case that fits it well. No combination has been set on this case.

I have provided many clear photos for you to see what great condition this gun is in. Please take a look at the album I have a link to above. I hate to use percentages, but I would very conservatively rate this gun at 90%. The original hangtag is in excellent shape too, and an unbelievable find in itself.

I shot one round of skeet with this gun to check function, and it was flawless. This would make a great gun for vintage shoots, or just to add to a collection. You will not be disappointed. The cased set will weigh 16 pounds and be shipped Insured USPS Parcel Post unless we make arrangements otherwise.

All questions are most welcome, but please ask all questions before bidding. Price: $600 and shipping.

Shipping must be to an FFL or C+R license holder. I have a C+R license but I am not a 01 FFL holder; so don’t bid if that will be a problem. If you must receive it from an FFL, contact me for additional cost information..

I have also been selling non-gun items on eBay since 1999 under the ID ezb57, and have hundreds of very happy customers. Take a look at my feedback there. Thanks for looking, Eric.
