how often do you replace your firing pins?
When they break. :)
Really??? haha i was asking how often because i dont want to be in the middle of a shoot and it breaks
annually
I know what you mean - I had a pin break in the middle of handicaps and I wasn't too happy about it. Had to borrow a friends gun and missed two right off the bat. Maybe I'll follow the annually suggestion. (Didn't mean to be a smart a$$!)
A good firing pin will last forever. HMB
I replace mine after I've had stone more than .015" off the end to remove pits caused by punched primers.

Never had to replace one. Bill
No real point in replacing at any set schedule. You could take 2 firing pins, one made after the other, and one will last a lifetime, and the other will last a box. They are not typically a wear component, so the only logical time to replace them is when they get damaged or broken.
I had a Ljutic firing pin break around 250,000 rounds. Now I change it at 200,000 if it needs it or not;)
