Anyone out there have a source that will black chrome some steel tubing ? Thanks, Jim

Google it, there is a place here in Phoenix that does it but I cannot think of the name ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
I have the same thing done for the 3/4" stainless bands on my custom goose calls. If your looking for the black shiny look, akin to gun bluing, your wanting a black Ti N coating (titanium nitride). You need to check for local commercial platers in your area for this service. I'll warn you, it's usually not easy to find someone that does that. If a flatter type black will work, you use black oxide (zinc) which seems to easier to find in most areas.
