I'm pretty sure that the only thing that makes a PFS right or left handed is what kind of comb you have. A right hander could, if they wanted to, buy this and get a right handed comb. Just trying to open up your market a bit, rather than restricting it to lefties.

What gun does it fit
A left hand PFS can be used for right handers, but it has to be converted over at the factory. I think it cost me about $45 to have it done, plus S&H. The cheek pieces are different, but a left one can be used after the unit is converted, it is just a little out of kilter.
