What is the way of choice for release triggers? Release pull or release release. Please state pro's and cons.

I would go with the double release...because...a release/pull will be fine for a while, but a flinch will develop soon afterwards with your pull. The learning curve is short with release/release....go for it! Mike C

Believe what 1963 says, it certainly was my experience as well as that of several release trigger shooters I know.

Release-pull is good if you don't have a flinching problem and you are using it to shoot doubles. You can shoot very fast that way. Otherwise, release-release.
