I have a friend that needs a LH 1100 release trigger if anyone has one. I don't know if there is a difference in the release for a RH or LH barrel so please advise me.

Only difference is the carrier (which is about 30 bucks and can be swapped out in 2 minutes) and the safety (which wouldn't be an issue on a release trigger).
Other than that, RH and LH triggers are identical.
