Toolmaker has it right, just throw it on the lawn or in the garden. Also he is probably right that someone would gladly take it off your hands and use it.

Matt, Rex powder has only been on the market a dozen years or so, can't see how powder that new going bad. Why waste it, just give it to someone who will get use out of it.

smokless powder is nitrogen based. Plants LOVE nitrogen. sprinkle it on your plants.

Anytime we want to get rid of something at our club, we mark it "FREE" set it on a table and it is gone in just a couple minutes.
