I won a CZ-527 .223 Bolt Action Carbine at a Sporting Clays shoot and have no need for it. Retail on this item is $711.00. The absolute cheapest I have seen the carbine in low 600's. I am offering it for $525 shipped and insured to your ffl. Might be interested in some trades. Thanks

Product Description
The Carbine is an intermediate range 'brush gun.' This handy rifle features open sights, a straight comb walnut stock and weighs less than 6 pounds! It's the only model in the CZ family of bolt action rifles that is chambered for the popular .223. This cartridge is a top pick for younger shooters for its low recoil and effectiveness on medium sized game such as deer or wild boar out to 200 yards. Both cartridges offered in the 527 Carbine model are economical to shoot given their service rifle heritage.

The product description you added (likely was cut and paste) is for a 7.62x39 caliber and not the .223 caliber that your gun is chambered for.
Thanks, Corrected the thread

I have a 527 American in .221 Fireball, a tack driving machine! Great price and gun, should sell quick.
Man, that is 1 heck of a deal. I just have no need for it at this time!

The CZ's are known for having excellent barrels.
I have a friend who is a serious metal head (Camp Perry Shooter) who purchased older operating room equipment designed for taking pictures internally...he uses this equipment to review/judge barrels. He told me that looking at production Savage vs production CZ that you would think Savage was using an inferior machining process. Claims CZ bores/barrels are some of the best production available.
