Now that I have your attention you are probably asking yourself why you should spend $90.00 on a base that will replace the black plastic Ponsness/Warren EZ-FILL base.
Here are the reasons:
FIRST: You get a powder seal that works! An o-ring in a groove might make a good seal for a hydraulic fitting but keeping fine grained powders from leaking requires a much different seal design. My seal will work with Hodgdon H110, Winchester 296 and IMR SR-7625. My base comes with two spare seals and detailed instructions on how to remove, replace, and condition the seal.
SECOND: My base is machined from 6061 T6511 aluminum bar. The surfaces are dead flat. It will not warp or deflect so the seal will always function properly no matter how much shot is in the hopper or how tight you adjust the nylon set screws over the rack. Corrosive powders like Hodgdon Titegroup, Longshot and Lil’gun will not corrode the aluminum base.
THIRD: There isn’t a big third, just several other nice improvements. The risers are ¼” taller so it is easier to get bushings in and out. The bushing holes have been relocated to improve bushing access. My base comes with Delrin plugs and thumbscrews for the bushing holes. I have added a third nylon set screw to keep the rack properly aligned and prevent it from rubbing against the base at the front.
My base will work on the 800, 900, 950, and 2000 series loaders.

This is a very good improvement for your P/W reloader. I also have a set of Jim's acrylic hoppers for powder and shot. They positively will not discolor. The tubes stay clear and you can see shot and powder levels. No reason to run out of shot or powder while reloading. Thanks Jim, for a good product. Tom Ez
