UPDATE - 11/14 - Gun is Back Up For Sale
This Browning is a 1974 model with the long tine trigger guard. It has a 34" Full choke barrel. This gun is in incredible like new condition with sharp crisp checkering. The gun looks better in hand than the pictures can represent. I am asking for $1000 + shipping and ffl transfer.
Does it have a factory case?

Nice older style BT
Way over priced.
First I must say that I am not a BT 99 shooter but, this gun does look like brand new. Have you seen today's BT 99's for $1100 plus? The ones that I have seen look pretty shoddy. I know which one that I would prefer to own. This is a good looking gun and I imagine that it has the quality to match.
Thank You Alamo. I prefer the older model BT 99's myself. I forgot to add that this gun has been shot less than 500 rounds. The gun locks up very tight and is not close to being broken in yet.

We all know the market will dictate price. I currently have 2 offers on the gun and I do not expect the gun to be available past the weekend. Those that are being critical, please offer up some intelligent debate on the correct price to be asked.

That gun is worth every bit of what he is asking, Probably more. I hate when I try to sell something on here and someone says it's not worth that! If they don't think so why don't they let other people make up their own minds and just leave it alone? It will sell.

So what was the selling price????
Sort of after the fact, but I have to agree with those who said this is/was a bargain at the asking price. I wouldn't take less than a grand for mine, and it's been shot a LOT more than this one!
Gun is worth what the man is asking. And, with some fancy wood the gun could hold a 2000 dollar price into the future. Someone with some time on their hands and a knack for putting new wood on a gun would have fun with this gun. Not to mention they could probably sell the old wood for a few hundred no problem too. I remember when these sold for $300 and you got a $50 rebate check back from Browning along with a nice cap, BUT that has NOTHING to do with what they are worth in TODAY's dollars. This is one nice gun at a very fair price! .....Rick
