Jon: I've sold and transferred several guns to Puerto Rico all with out a hitch. The two concerns just as with any main land dealer is your feeling of trust with the seller and when shipping us USPS Registered. My PR customers stress that you cannot count on other carriers. Doug

I am looking at a gun in an FFL dealer in Puerto Rico...CowboysPR... I am curious if anyone has dealt with them. Is there a concern buying from a dealer in Puerto Rico? Thanks for any help.
